Enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as all of our on-site amenities. ​ (Coming Aug 23 )Enjoy sitting on your private balcony overlooking a wooded area, work out in the fitness center or go for a dip in our salt water pool then relax at the gas firepits. Minutes from Electric Boat, CTCollege, Coast Guard, Mitchell College.

Waterford Woods
This 1 BR apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cute. It came very well equipped with everything you need including washer and dryer. It was very, very clean and decorated very nicely. The property also has a salt-water pool, fitness center, dog park and multiple BBQ’s. Definitely the place to stay in southeastern CT.

Check-in issues
Acommodation was clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. But we were never provided check-in information, i.e. pass codes for front door and unit entry. We finally were provided pass codes by contacting VRBO directly.
