Lakeside Escape--Family Friendly Lake Getaway

Enjoy this amazing lakeside (just steps away from Lake LeBeouf) 2 Bedroom (Queen Bed, 1 Set of Bunk Beds), 1 Bathroom stationary RV for your next getaway. The Lake Escape RV is located at the Lake LeBeouf Lodge which includes pavilion, shower house, fire pit as common use areas for guests.

Be sure to bring your paddle-board, kayak or canoe (small craft boats are welcome) for a fabulous day on the water. Lake LeBeouf Lodge sits in quaint and cozy Waterford, Pa with old town flair with wonderful restaurants, grocery store, Dollar General among other options. Just 7 miles from Erie and easy access to I-79/I-90 and the Peach Street shopping.

Watersports: There are two kayaks (single rider) for guest use amongst our TLVR lake properties. You will need to bring or rent your own paddles, lifejackets, and have a whistle on board. If you choose to utilize the kayaks, you must follow the boating rules of PA as the lake is policed by the PA Game Commission. You can get fined if you do not have a life jacket or whistle while on the lake.

Wi-Fi/Internet ONLY available at the Pavilion.

Rent multiple RV's and the Lake House for big groups ideal for soccer tournaments in Erie and Edinboro!

Please Note: RV is only open from May to October due to weather. Being steps away from the lake the area is subject to some flooding. Due to occasional flooding, we recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles especially during Spring and Fall.

Family get away to Presque Isle
We stayed at the campground and drove to the peninsula. It was about 20 minutes to the park. Camper was ideal for me, my husband and 10 year old granddaughter. It is an older camper, but clean and everything in working order. It was warm and humid, and the air conditioning made things comfortable. There were plenty of plates/cups/utensils for our needs. We used the bath house, which was very clean and updated. This property was ideal for our short get away. Only regret was we didn’t stay longer.

Although it wasn’t what we expected the property supplied everything we needed. The spaces between the campers could be a bit larger but over all it was a peaceful, quiet, and clean place to camp for the holiday weekend. It’s small so there isn’t hundreds of other campers to deal with and pet friendly too!

Barry is a great manager for this property. We were flooded out and he was kind enough to help and let us know it was ok. the inside of the RV was pretty clean, loved the colors and decorations.

Camping in erie
It was a fun experience we would stay again. The only thing I did not care for is we did not have our own fire ring. There was a communal one that I did not see anyone using and did not use myself. Other than that it was a fun experience.

Great stay
We had a fun time at the camper. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament so we weren’t at the property a whole bunch during the day but had a great time at night. We sat at the campfire with other guests and had a great time! Super clean the property managers we super friendly and great to talk to. They gave us pointers on where to eat and what to check out in our free time. Thanks again

Awesome
We had no idea what to expect. We stayed so that we had easy access to our family’s reunion at Canadohta Lake- so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the lake/RV. So, I can’t speak about the area except that the lake is pretty to look at and fish. I would not swim in it. The RV is walking/biking distance to Waterford and some great, homemade cooking (Jake’s on the Park has great breakfasts). We have never stayed in an RV and always wanted to try it. This was perfect! It is clean, well stocked with plates, utensils, cooking items, flashlights, brooms, etc. We could have shown up with just food and toiletries and been fine. It has a little of ‘home’ for the teens (smart tv) and WiFi. The pavilion (and indoor gathering porch) and grill are fantastic. It has a private bathhouse- I heard it was nice but I only used the RV shower and bathroom. The ONLY RV issue we had and it is only bc we have never done it before——- the hot water tank is enough for one female, teen shower. You then need to wait 15 minutes to get another shower. My husband and I easily managed with army showers (turning off water between shampoo/soap). The large bed was so comfortable. The bunks are okay with an extra comforter down for more cushion (again- remember we had 2 teen females judging this!). The heat and air conditioner worked well (yep- we needed both throughout the weekend!) We would definitely stay again without hesitation!
