"My Mom's 87, I'm 67 this was a gift to get her away from home. She uses a walker and never gets out. There are no stairs it's easy access. Its huge and open and spacious. "While driving to our destination for a family reunion I was searching for the door code that was not on my confirmation email. Now an hour after check-in time I finally reached the host and she said "Oh I canceled you"! I said no, no you did not. I have a confirmation email and the funds were withdrawn ..."
