Check-in service CAN and SHOULD be better, with receptionist not keeping an eye on the line and letting people sneak in randomly and get their requests handled ahead of others. Description of property indicated parking availability but on arrival was told that spaces available are on a first come first...

"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "

"This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help."
