Can have your furry family members come along
This is my second time staying at this property. It is cozy and allows dogs, which is a huge bonus. No extra charges for the dogs and the host is very reasonable and quick to communicate. The property is in a quiet area and in a good location to access Anchorage without having to stay in Anchorage. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Window in one room was open when we got there. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Window in bath and kitchen had no coverings. Glad it was only booked for one night since that was all we would have stayed.

Quiet, clean abode.
The house is older but very clean and neat. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved it there. They allow pets which we really appreciate. We would stay there again. Next year we/ll be in that area again and going to see if available. Thank you for a nice quiet stay.

We had our dog with us, the yard was nice to have a place for her to roam. Perfect little spot for an overnight. The main bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom.

Nice place especially if you have pets
Nice place to stay. Many places don’t allow pets, so it was nice that this place did :-). The host was very responsive and understanding when I thought I had two nights, but only booked one! He was understanding and his mom was so kind. I was very embarrassed that I did that. Big apologies again!

The place was very nice. We were very pleased. One suggestion would be to turn down the air freshener. It was very very strong, once I realized what the freshener was, I unplugged it and put it in the cabinet. Other than that everything was great!

Great experience
The space was as pictured. Had the essentials, great location. It was wonderful having free laundry on site in the middle of a long trip for a few members of our party. Jeyson was very quick to respond as we had an unexpected turn of events, and made it a breeze to add a night since it was available. Was very gracious when we needed a little more time to checkout.

Wasilla rental
We brought concerns about the property to the owner’s attention and they were quick to respond and addressed 2 issues right away. The owner was out of town and even had their mother drop items off for us. It was great to have laundry available. We left suggestions for simple improvements and I am hopeful the owner will address those for the next renters.

Perfect size for the two of us. The bathroom looked clean, but smelled very musty. Carpet in living room was extremely dirty, believe it needs a good shampoo not just vacuum. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and would not stay shut.

Everything was fine. Only exception was that the paint job was lacking, especially in the bathroom. I also believe that we could not figure out the TV.

Simple but Perfect home away from home
We stayed here for 6 nights. There were 3 adults, 2 children. The house was easy to find and right off the main road, not far from Walmart. The house was not fancy but it had everything we needed for a home base while we were on vacation. Kitchen was supplied so we could cook breakfast every day. Laundry room was available and functioning. Bedding and towels were clean and available. Neighborhood was quiet. Price point was low. Host was very responsive and helped with any questions I had. 5/5 would recommend.

This cabin wasn’t very clean. Rugs were dirty as was the kitchen floor. Rug was taped on some edges! A light switch cover was broken and taped to the wall with mailing tape! The bathroom had no electrical outlets to dry hair, etc. Very glad we were only staying one night!
