This 3 bedroom, fully equipped, lower-level duplex in Washougal WA is perfect for the outdoorsy explorer who wants to experience the Pacific Northwest and all the beauty it has to offer! Beautiful and spacious three bedroom, 1 bathroom space with comfy memory foam mattresses and fireplace with private patio. This space sleeps 8, and is convenient for parking and long stays. The washer and dryer are included here and so are professionally laundered linens and towels!
There are steps to get to and from the lower private entrance. May not suit those with mobility issues.
We have 2 dogs on site so we are a pet-free property. You may see our dogs from time to time, but they are friendly and good-natured. We do maintain a pet-free space for this lower unit to avoid any potential issues. Heating and Air conditioning are set to a temperate level, as it is controlled on the upstairs level. If a request is received to turn up or down the temperature, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Full access to the lower unit. We do have a couple locked closet spaces we use for storage.
We are located within minutes of the Columbia River hiking trail and Washougal River. Very close to the convenience of town and grocery stores, while still feeling like you are enjoying a space in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, and all hikes, biking, and canoeing spots this town is known for! We also use 1Gig WiFi, so it is easy to work remotely from this home away from home. This duplex has its own private entrance and outdoor lounging space. The kitchen is set up to eat in, but you are close enough to town to eat out or get groceries delivered. This Gateway to the Gorge Hideaway is sure to please any guest!
