I’ve stayed at 50 hotels and I really don’t like to complain but this place was a rough test of patience. The person who called himself the “Night manager” was just a weird, disgruntled dude who talked trash about Expedia and tried to turn me and another random customer away on the day before Christmas Eve because we booked through Expedia. He called them fly by night. The other customer just ended up leaving even though he booked his room 5 days prior but I went through the whole debacle which included an inordinate amount of personal opinions and TMI mixed with some “hills have eyes” harassment and ridicule which took over an hour before I finally got a room key even though nobody else was there except the guy who took his business elsewhere. Room smelled like smoke and feet and had stains on the carpet everywhere. Bed was made poorly and it looked like the house keeping lady was tweaking hard. Shower had low pressure and leaked out the bathtub faucet and there were finger prints on all the mirrors. Location was great other than transients living in the parking area. I’d highly recommend somewhere else if you want a hassle-free experience that feels safe and clean.

The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options. The room and facility overall was very clean. A well-lit parking lot. i liked that the double queen room also had a seating alcove by the windows with a couch and a reading chair. lamps had multiple brightness settings. it doesn’t have hand held shower nozzles and the water pressure was a little lower than i would have liked but that was made up for by the hair dryer, microwave and 1/2 fridge.

This property is getting old. Old technology as far as TV and remote. There are no USB ports to plug in phone cord to charge. Most people don't travel with the electrical portion that plugs into the wall. I had to go purchase one at local store. Top sheet on bed was ripped.

Nice property although Drivers License is required to be handed over to Desk Clerk recommend diligence in getting them returned (unlike me who didn’t realize I had failed to do so until I got to the airport and the day went downhill from there) Management will let you know it’s your responsibility to retrieve them without apology The shining light for this visit was the dining room attendant who was courteous and helpful
