New Private home, perfectly furnished for you and your family's next vacation to St George! All bedrooms have their own TVs and the family room boasts a 75" Flat screen with Hulu + Live TV. Spacious and comfy furnished furniture in the great room gives you room to kick back, relax, and enjoy. The huge dining room table will sit up to 10 with additional seating at the counter. The kitchen is fully loaded with all you need for meal prep and serving your family meals. Stainless steel appliances including a gas burning on the stove add function and beauty. The master is located on the main floor with a large master bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower and tub, and a large walk-in closet. A half bathroom, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and the 2 car garage are located on this floor.

Outside is a lovely additional outdoor living space. Patio furniture with cushioned chairs, ottomans, and sofa all under the covered porch invite you to enjoy the blue skies southern Utah is famous for. The night skies are wonderful too! There is a patio dining table and chairs for six for additional dining options. Bonus - there is a grill and a Traeger smoker to help you enjoy cooking outdoors at its best.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms and two more full-size bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms on the second floor have new king beds and nightstands. The bunk room has two sets of full bunks beds! So much fun for the kids and all those who are kids at heart.

A great stay and great accommodations!!
The house was very clean, clutter free and located in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our family of five (each kid got their own bedroom which was a plus for them 😉). The hot tub was clean and warm…we used it every day. The house is in a good location and fairly close to the things we wanted to do….Zion, golfing, Sand Hollow and an evening downtown St George. Overall….a great stay!!! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!

Wonderful Guys Retreat
I stayed here with 16 friends for a guys weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. Would have liked to see a more complete inventory of what was there so we would have known what we still needed to bring. I recommend adding the following: serrated bread knife, 2 larger bowls for marinating meats, serving salads, etc., a waffle maker and and a good blender for smoothies. The location was perfect for accessing Zion National Park to the east and Tuacahn Amphitheater to the west. Easy access to Costco and Walmart. East checkin and checkout. Would definitely come here again.

We came here with my immediate family and we had a wonderful time. The home fit everyone comfortably. The pool was really fun as well. We loved the outdoor space. They had a lot of the kitchen items we needed to make meals which was great. We would definitely book here again.

The signs are confusing, saying only 10 in the place and 5 in the pool. This can be misleading when the place sleeps 22. I am sure it is for legal stuff but I wasn't expecting that.

Great family home
I invited my children and grandkids to join us. The home was spacious and well equipped. The grandkids enjoyed the bunkhouse room with 6 bunk beds and a game console. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and utensils for group dining. The location was easy to access without too much traffic.

We appreciate how clean the home was. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Some of the extras in the home were nice for the kids like the basketball in the garage and the swimming pool just down the road. Sometimes we've stayed at a home that has a few of the extras in the kitchen like salt and pepper, Ziploc Bags, etc. and this house didn't have those. This was a nice, new, clean home. It had a little more of a hotel feel than a homey feel which may be fine depending on your preference.

Wonderful lace!
This property was so comfortable and spacious. Fun games helped entertain the children. Lots of towels and blankets. So many fun hiking trails and parks nearby. Just a couple things would make it even better. A desk or two for people working from home to put a computer on. The tub upstairs is very slippery. And some oil on the squeaky doors so the kids don’t wake everyone up. Just little things but it was a great place!
