Located on a quiet street & 2blocks from the vibrant 18th St where you’ll find over 50+ restaurants, coffee shops, bars/nightlife. Half a block is a Harris Teeter, 10min walk to 14th&U, 10min bike ride to DuPont Circle, WoodleyPark/Zoo. Only 1.5 miles to the WhiteHouse, downtown,Chinatown & all DC landmarks. FREE street parking.
The space
Cozy English basement apt in the heart of beautiful Adams Morgan!

As an avid traveler, I’m familiar with the significance of staying in a clean and comfortable place during travels.

Spacious bedroom with a queen size bed:
-Superior mattress and topper with Luxury pillows (Sealy and Tommy Bahama pillow brands) for a very comfortable sleep

-Bar height dining table with comfortable bar height chairs

-Kitchen is well appointed and has all kitchenware items to make a comfortable stay (pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, can opener, basic cooking ingredients, blender etc)

-Bathroom recently renovated with a hair dryer and first aid kid provided

-Iron, ironing board, 2 umbrellas provided in the bedroom closet

-Ninja Coffee Bar that makes delicious coffee

-Tea kettle for tea lovers (black tea and green tea provided). A tea set is also avail for tea lovers.

-Large bottle of sanitizer is provided by entrance

-Flooring is hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles

-High speed internet via Xfinity/Comcast.

-TV is a 42” flat screen that provides Netflix and Peacock Flex Box with hundreds of movies, shows, various tv networks etc (service provided by Comcast)

-Sleep sound machine brand HoMedics that plays nature sounds. It’s a quiet street but it’s on the bedroom end table in case you want to use it.

-Playing cards (a full deck) are also provided

This cozy apt has everything (and more) you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during your travels!

Long weekend stay
This property was great! It was just me staying there to visit some friends and family and I was so cozy in this little apartment. It was close to everything so I didn't have to rent a car I just wondered everywhere. It was well lit when coming back at night as well! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The location and size were just right for our visit with family in Adams Morgan. Close to restaurants and shops and practically next door to grocery store. We highly recommend for a couple wanting a comfortable place in a walkable DC neighborhood.

Great location
Good access to S2, S9, and 96 bus lines servicing the Mall and White House. Great choice elf restaurants on 18th Street. Harris teeter grocery store is right around the corner.

Great DC visit
We enjoyed our stay. Great area with grocery store and fun restaurants within a walk. Place was comfy and clean and a perfect place to relax after trekking to the DC sites. We don’t mind driving into the city but there is a metro station in next town.( if you have a car better be a small one- parking is a challenge by the apartment but we did just fine)

This was a very nice apartment not far from Downtown DC. It was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked and very clean. The owner was so quick to reply to my many questions. Loved that there was a beautiful grocery store just steps away. Highly recommend.

The right fit
The apartment was just what I needed for my trip. It was nice walk from the place to the Omni, where my conference was held. I felt safe coming abd going. I appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. I am also grateful to the host for gelping to secure parking during my stay. Would stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION April 24 - 28
The location is perfect for this rental. grocery is minutes to walk to, Restaurants are walking distance. And after a long busy day of site seeing perfect place to come back to for unwinding and relaxing. Very little street noise and safe location. Manger was awesome Janine went out of her way to help with parking passes . I highly recommend this rental for anyone going to the DC area.

In the perfect spot a block from my daughter. Nice to have a desk and washer/dryer. I don't know why people complained about sticky notes. They helped! I would have liked a broom to sweep away the stinky ginko fruit outside the door. Lots of room for a small place. I'll stay again.

This apartment was perfect for our quick getaway - cute, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood. We walked everywhere and loved being close to grocery and restaurants. We had everything we needed and Janine was a very helpful and responsive host. I especially appreciated the shower water pressure, comfortable bed and soft bedding, and the choice of coffee and teas. The upstairs folks were a little loud one night, but it wasn't a huge issue for me. I used the provided noise machine and was fine. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a terrific Harris Teeter grocery store only a block away. The parking is a challenge because a day parking permit is required. However, Janine was super helpful supplying us with the needed pass even when we had to make changes part way through our stay. The rooms were clean with a nice kitchen and bath. We appreciated the convenience of the location for all our activities we had in Washington DC.

DC vacation and business
The apartment was as advertised. The post-it notes on everything were a little over the top, as almost all the information on them was included in the instructions. But the apartment worked well for us and had what we needed for our work/ pleasure stay in DC. Washer/ dryer in the apt, and the grocery store (Harris Teeter) being a half block away, were very convenient. It's about a mile to two metro train stations (Woodley Park/Zoo to the west on the red line, and Columbia Heights to the east on the green& yellow lines) with buses running in between if you time it right.

Wonderful place for Our stay in D.C.
This lovely and private 1-bedroom basement apartment with its own entrance was perfect for our long-weekend stay in Washington D. C. visiting relatives and friends. It is bright, up-to-date, well-located in the city and a block away from a full -service grocery store. The unit is attractively decorated, and comfortably furnished with all the necessities in both kitchen and bathroom. There were cozy touches throughout. The owner was very forthcoming about information as well as prompt and responsive to our questions. The only negative was that there was a lot of footfall noise coming from the floor above us in the morning and early evening, but there were no noise issues during the night so that our sleep on the comfy bed was good and uninterrupted 👍 I highly recommend this place for a stay in D.C..!

We appreciated the location and the size of the unit. The neighbors upstairs walk with heavy thuds and at times sure sounded like furniture was being arranged and arranged again. There were a few ants in the kitchen mostly around the coffee maker and sink and a couple in the bathroom. We dutifully removed our shoes but bring slippers for indoors. Bare feet will not be happy. But overall we would recommend a stay. Comfortable bed, plentiful towels, we’ll stocked kitchen if you want to have an extended stay.

Great spot!
We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only slight issue we encountered was parking. Get there early or you will be parking and walking from far away! The host was nice and very helpful. A+ experience!
