This terrific townhouse apartment is located conveniently near the Convention Center, and many other major attractions that are a must-see for any DC-trip! The Mount Vernon Sq. Metro Station is just a six minute walk away. Great for families, groups, vacations, or business trips. This super high-end, newly remodeled home is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring or working in the city, and we can't wait to welcome you!

The Space:
This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, and the living room. There is one King, and two Queen sized bedrooms, and a Queen-size pullout sofa in the living room.

The King-bedroom features a full bath with tub, the secondary bedroom features a full bath with walk-in shower, and there is an additional half-bathroom on the first floor.

The state of the art kitchen includes everything needed to cook all your favorite meals. If you prefer to go out, you are mere steps away from some of DC's most popular eateries.

In addition to a comfy couch, big-screen TV, and first-floor patio to help you kick back and relax, there is also a an amazing rooftop deck with a fantastic view of the city!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. It is not shared. There are tenants in the basement unit, so please be mindful of noise levels & Quiet Hours.

The Neighborhood:
Located just off New York Avenue, near Mount Vernon Triangle, you will find many great attractions within walking distance, or you can easily hop on the Metro to get wherever you need in the area. The Convention Center is a 6 minute walk away and the white house is 9 minutes in a car. Despite its super central and convenient location, you will also find the space wonderfully relaxing and quiet, a little haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Getting Around:
The Mount Vernon Square 7th St-Convention Center Metro Station is a 6 minute walk from the house.

Other Things to Note:
Please use extra caution when accessing the rooftop deck, as the steps are a bit steep.
