The property itself was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions! The host company (WeHost) was terrible. I called with concerns and/or questions and was told each time that someone would get back with me with answers or solutions. But, I had to call or message them to find out anything. There were dried boogers on the sheets of one of the beds, chewing gum stuck to the floor in more than 1 place, the sofa bed was a cheaply made L-shaped sofa with a trundle that did not stay attached. It would roll out from under you if you moved while trying to sleep. One of the closet doors was knocked off track and just leaning in the closet. The hotel-style latch on the door broke. There were only 4 towels in the whole apartment and not 1 single washcloth. 1 of the bedroom blinds was detached from the celling so you couldn't raise the blind to open the window for a breeze. The othe has a torn screen 1room didn't have a TV but that was a tolerable complaint. The apartment got quite warm (around 80) in the afternoons due to building regulations of air conditioning seasons. That was not the fault of the host company but when I asked about air condioning I didn't receive an answer until the 3rd time I called and informed them I wanted to speak to someone in management. And that was a day and a half later. And, to top it all off, my card was charged DOUBLE for the stay!!!! Never will I use this host company again and I suggest you don't either!!
