The Space:
Welcome to your dream vacation in the heart of the D.C. metropolitan area! Nestled in the vibrant streets of Arlington, between the historic charm of Alexandria and the awe-inspiring sights of Washington, D.C., the Pentagon City Pad is an enchanting 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment - your gateway to an unforgettable experience.

When returning to our apartment, you'll find a haven of luxury and comfort. Impeccably designed and tastefully furnished, the spacious living areas provide a sanctuary for relaxation. Unwind in the cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and modern amenities.

The well-equipped kitchen invites culinary exploration, allowing you to create gourmet meals. Enjoy your creations in the elegant dining area or grill out on the patio for an alfresco dining experience.

Our home boasts convenient, private driveway parking for 2 vehicles, ensuring hassle-free access to nearby attractions and destinations.

BEDROOMS:
Our home has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Get ready to sink into the cloud-like beds, where dreams of the adventures to come await.

In the master, you'll be met with the best night's sleep you've ever had - and the secret is a Queen sized green tea memory foam mattress, paired with plush pillows, luxury sheets and comforter. Don't be shy when packing - a dresser and closet space is available to unpack your suitcase and stay awhile.

The second bedroom will greet you with yet another Queen size green tea memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. In this room, there is closet storage space and a dresser for clothing items.

In the third bedroom, you'll find a Full-sized - you guessed it - green tea memory foam mattress with all of the luxurious bedding detailed above. You can also catch up on some work at the desk, with enough room for a laptop and extra documents. Our high-speed internet promises that you can join your next Zoom meeting without fear of any disruption.

All linens are provided and extra blankets are available for your use. For light sleepers, ear plugs are available in each bedroom to ensure a great night's sleep!

BATHROOM:
The bathroom offers a combination shower and bathtub, toilet, sink and vanity space.

We provide the basics like toilet paper and towels, but you'll also find amenities like shampoo, soap and makeup remover wipes. Leave your hair dryer at home - we have that too!

KITCHEN:
After long days of hitting the town, there will be no doubt that you'll have worked up an appetite. Head to the fully-equipped, updated kitchen to find modern appliances and all the culinary essentials to satisfy your inner chef.

Start your morning off right at the coffee bar, where you'll find everything you need to prepare & enjoy your morning joe. A Keurig coffee maker with your choice of pods is available to you. Or perhaps you consider yourself a coffee connoisseur & you have the opinion that true, ground coffee tastes better... We get that - and that's why we have fresh grounds and a french press available as well. Prefer tea over coffee? There's a hot water kettle and an array of teas to choose from.

Pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils are provided so you'll have everything you need to whip up a feast. If you have guests to impress, you'll find full place settings, wine glasses and champagne glasses in the cabinet.

Should you feel the need to do the dishes on vacation, clean-up is a breeze with cleaning products provided.

If the idea of preparing a meal has you shaking in your boots, then have no fear - Arlington, Alexandria and DC are home to incredible fine dining restaurants, cafes and bars. We're happy to share recommendations!

Feel free to use the energy-efficient Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer as needed during your stay!

Outdoors, you'll be greeted by an enchanting entertaining space, perfect for soaking up the delightful weather and hosting unforgettable gatherings. Gather around the inviting dining table, where you can savor delicious meals al fresco, surrounded by the soothing ambiance of the lush surroundings.

There is free parking available for two vehicles in our private driveway.

- Should accessibility need to be considered, stairs are required to access the Pentagon City Pad. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking.
- The outdoor space may be periodically utilized by the owner, who welcomes conversation and is delighted to greet guests. Please inquire about utilizing the space privately for any special occasions, as the owner is very receptive and happy to accommodate!

HOUSE RULES
We have established The Pentagon City Pad to provide a clean, relaxing environment for families, groups and professionals to unwind and enjoy their time in the DMV (D.C., Maryland & Virginia) region.

To help us continue providing an excellent space and superior service, we ask that you read and adhere to these house rules:

1) Locals must communicate with us before booking.
2) No parties. No additional guests allowed unless approved by hosts. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, which may increase depending on severity of violation.
3) Please secure the home by locking the door and windows when you are gone.
4) No smoking of any kind (vaping included) on premises. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500, which may increase depending on severity of violation.
5) No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
6) Please respect the quiet hours beginning at 10:00pm and extending until 8:00am every day of the week. This includes being respectful of our neighbors.
7) Please take care of the furnishings. If a guest breaks or damages something, let us know and we will arrange for its replacement or repair.
8) Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
9) Please refrigerate or dispose of any food left at the end of your stay, to minimize attracting bugs and pests.
10) Any reservations made outside of Airbnb (Ex. VRBO, Direct Booking Website, Other) that are later cancelled will NOT receive a refund of payment processing fees incurred by Owner, regardless of cancellation policy. This amount is typically ~3% of the total reservation amount.
