This is a VERY small 2 bd rm apt owned by corp and managed by 3rd party--there is no personal contact and you will be dealing with a "cust serv rep" for any problems: because we had luggage, we requested early check-in if available--we were informed that early check-in would require fees set on a sliding scale despite the fact that we were paying a substantial amount for the room- when internet/tv went down we had to call cust rep several times--after being on hold for 10 mins we're told a tech would resolve problem, and never did for last 3 days of our stay--among lesser aggravating problems a 7 digit code must be inputted every time you enter the building, use the elevator, or a different 7 digit code to enter apt; no lighting in the reading area, no shelf in shower for toiletries, etc. among bigger aggravating problems, building is next to metrorail and you get to listen to trains roaring by--location is good -15 min car ride to major areas of interest, not much in walking distance--excellent fitness center; nice social lounge although last 2 nights we couldn't get in due to "pvt party." You can do much better for this kind of money and we recommend against rental.
