Great Response
Great clean home in a perfect neighborhood. We parked our car and rode bikes the whole time! Owner Steven very responsive to our special needs. We wanted to try to get the Colts game on the TV and he was able to make it happen through 2 phone calls and 6 texts. Found out later his wife and he had just had a new baby 2 days B4! Will be back!

Great location and lovely apartment in a charming beoenstone
The location is so central with great restaurants and beautiful tree lined streets. We were very comfortable and enjoyed both going out and then relaxing in the sun dappled living room or on the large deck.

Delightful in DC
The location alone grants this property a 5 rating! Loved proximity to great restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket options. Used Metro bus on 14th Street too. Apt was spacious and well outfitted with necessities. The touches of stained glass, high ceilings and beautiful woodwork gave a unique modern classic style. Loved our stay!

Cute Place, well located
Great place for 2 people to stay. A short walk to metro and to many stores and restaurants. Would not advise trying to park here, as parking is street only and first come first serve (very difficult) very thankful we did not have to worry about parking. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay (mom and 2 boys) in this cozy apartment away from touristy attractions but just a few train stops away. Well stocked and property manager was very accessible and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Our only missing needs were a toaster and a coffee pot. Though they have a French press. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend.

Could be cleaner but LOVED this place
The floor and other surfaces were pretty dirty and I had to do a wipe down myself BUT I have no other complaints. This place is so cozy and the deck is perfect for evening grilling followed by sitting around the fire pit under the lights they’ve placed around the deck. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining.

Great location!
A very comfortable bed and enough room for our kids in the living room. One block to an amazing breakfast cafe, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores and a nice walk or easy Uber to the Mall!

A Great Place in DC
We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others. We do have a couple of suggestions: make sure everything's in working order, purchase a real coffee maker and a toaster. The down comforter was a bit warm for the summer, so provide a blanket. Everyone needs to know that it can get noisy there on a Friday/Sat. nights

Unique space. Great location.
We enjoyed the space for three days. Location was awesome. Host very responsive to any questions and space was clean and comfortable. Parking. An be a challenge in DC however we found free street parking a block away. Neighbors were quiet and pleasant to speak with.

Wonderful!!
This apartment was perfect for our visit to DC! It is beautiful and in a wonderful location. So many restaurants within walking distance, just a short walk to the Metro station and a quick ride to the Mall and Monuments. The owners were great and we are already planning another stay!
