Staff is excellent. Wonderful boutique hotel in between two metro stops/lines. Staff was great. Free drink every afternoon. Water station with cold/hot water (normal or sparkling). Would stay again.

Enjoy the attentiveness of the stuff while we stayed at hotel Madera. Also enjoyed the firefly restaurant affiliated with the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The staff was very helpful when questions were asked.
