The house has a greeting room, a family room and a formal dining room, a half bath on the first floor. There's a total of 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 5 twin beds.
The second floor has a kitchen, full bath and a formal ballroom which is now the Grand master suite.
The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms with Jack and Jill doors connecting them.
So there are 3 bedrooms in the main house.
There was an addition to the house years later. Completely connected to the main house, this addition has a welcoming room and a full kitchen on the 1st floor.
2nd floor has 2 rooms. One with its own bathroom.
There are 2 kitchens with full appliances, dishwashers in the main house and one in the 2nd kitchen.
There is heat and central air conditioner. Addition space heaters and fans if required.
There's off street parking, metered parking in front of the home is free after 9pm. There's a parking lot across the street on N Saint Asaph street for paid overnight parking.
The outdoor courtyard area has seating and fire pits. You are responsible for your firewood.
