The location was perfect for Walking around DC and seeing all the museums and monuments. It had everything we needed for our short stay and the check in check out process was easy.

The apartment was so perfect and easily accessible to everything we needed. Public transportation was a short walk to get everywhere we went. The place was great and the host was amazing. Absolutely recommend and if we go back, would 100% stay again.

Great stay in a great location!
Love the location, quick walk to the metro. We had our son with us and it was rainy so we rented a car but there was always parking. Small quaint home but spacious enough for 4 of us plus a one year old!

Great, Safe Place in Capital Hill District
The perfect place for my husband and I and the friends we were traveling with to tour DC for the weekend. Parking was ample, and Tony and April were great communicators. Great walking distance.

Charming place, could challenge some
Overall this place has nice rooms, neighborhood is pretty quiet but you'll definitely want to rent a car here. Nothing within true walking distance for older or physically challenged folks and the stairs can get tiresome. Good communication from the owners on a couple questions we had.

What a cute place
Location was perfect for a best friend's weekend. We loved being able to walk to Trader Joe's. And being able to easily Uber/Lyft to the local attractions. So many thoughtful touches - TVs in each bedroom and kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee ☕ 😋

The apartment worked very well for my family during our DC stay.
The property was small, but clean. It worked well for our time in DC. We spent most days being a tourist and most meals were eaten out. Beds were comfortable after a long day of walking.

Capital Hill VRBO stay
Great location to all of the monuments and museums …either a metro or Uber ride away. Close location to Eastern market and many things I wanted to see. The property is very nice and clean and parking is not bad believe it or not. Neighbors are very friendly!!

Great hosts & property
A very nice property in a safe neighborhood. A bit far from the metro, so we walked to the tourist sites and Uber'd back at times. Within walking distance of the Capitol (~2 mi). We drove to the property and found parking on the street easy to find. Loved the area - very cosmopolitan! Would recommend over a hotel -- to get the flavor of living around D.C.

The Perfect Place for DC
A 3 day stay to see the sights from the UK - the best apt we stayed in during our 10 day holiday - as it was clean, easy to access everything (walking, metro from airport or to get across DC and also good for UBER) and was a great price. The flat is clean, well equipped and the owners are great communicators and good hosts. Would definitely recommend if you're considering a trip to DC for the first (or second) time. Thanks again for a great stay.

Cozy and convenient
Nice for the 3 of us. Coffee on porch each morning except for the cold days. Kerig with plenty of coffee. Walked about 2 blocks to neighborhood grocery. They had everything we needed to fill in around eating out. Lots of places to eat and explore on H street about 1/2 mile away. Stayed a week and explored all days and rested in the evening.

Great apartment
My daughter, sister and I spent part of my daughter’s spring break in Washington DC and enjoyed staying at this apartment. Check-In, instructions, etc were easy and accurate. While I’ve never been to the Capitol Hill neighborhood before it was quiet and pleasant. We had no car but easily got around by walking, Capitol BikeShare (easy to rent, many bike stations available) or Uber. This is a well maintained apartment that I’d happily stay in again.

Nice place in a pleasant area
My son treated me to my first DC trip for my birthday. The unit was as advertised with a few special touches (really liked the blue ceiling nightlights). The neighborhood was very tranquil, verdant with a very safe vibe. There is a district of restaurants and bars about a 15 minute walk away. There is also a subway stop there (subways are very clean and ran often). The US Capitol is about a 20 minute walk through the neighborhood. The hosts were great. Pre-trip, April answered my questions immediately. Received a text at check-in and because we had no issues, we were given space. Ran into Tony at check-out while waiting for our Lyft. He was very personable and proud of their unit … rightfully so.

Lovely home
Wonderful location (two blocks from my family’s’ home), EaternMarket, and many restaurants (most of whom deliver!). Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again! Really need a light over the outside door. Very difficult to see in the dark.

What a gem!!
I absolutely loved our stay at Capitol Hill. This condo was quiet, clean and located next to everything. I felt extremely safe, even walking around at night. I cannot say enough about the city, everybody was polite, courteous, and engaging. I can’t wait to come back. and for the record this place had the best coffee selection at any other rental I’ve ever stayed at.

Convenient spot in Capital Hill

Perfect for a couple.
Great location, 1 mile from the capitol. Also close to a city bike share parking, which was super convenient. Very clean, and check in/check out process was seamless. It's very small, but was comfortable for me and my husband. It has two bedrooms, but I don't know that I'd recommend it for more than 2 or 3 people. .
