Welcome to this modern and spacious condo in the heart of the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC. This historic building, originally constructed in 1800, features high 13-foot ceilings, working fireplace, large windows on 3 sides, and secured entry.

The condo offers a serene modern esthetic and furnishings. Features include ~1,200 sq ft. of open living space, tree top views, hardwood floors, and a fireplace flanked by floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy a modern fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, new fridge and microwave, euro appliances plus a new washer in-unit. Guests will also appreciate the new smart TV to stream their favorite programs and super strong WIFI. The buffet in the dining area can double as a large standing desk.
The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. The guest room is a few steps down from the hall and features a skylight and window.

Step outside to everything that Georgetown has to offer, including restaurants, cafes, the university, the C&O Canal, farmers markets, bakeries, museums, gardens, parks and shopping. Easy access to the Metro, downtown DC and northern VA.

Lovely apartment in beautiful Georgetown
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and bright apartment, very comfortable and well located. Everything qas super clean. Management team was very attentive and answer us right away when we contact them.The only suggestion would be to have blinds in the windows since we wake up supet early every day :-)
