This is a great place right next to everything in Georgetown! Wonderful stay, highly recommend! Full kitchen, smart TV and laundry made this a perfect stay.

Awesome property and hosts! It is just a couple of blocks away from GU and so convenient for visiting parents. We loved every aspect of our stay. The hosts were super responsive, helpful and friendly.

Idyllic Georgetown Location
Charming apartment in the heart of Georgetown. It was wonderful to be able to walk a block and join the excitement of M Street and then retreat into the more relaxed vibe of the surrounding neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time in Georgetown! The apartment was clean and stocked really well. It’s super convenient to restaurants and shopping. We loved that there was a Starbucks right at the bottom of the block! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

Perfect location in Georgetown
Holly and Nash have a perfect place here. Comfy bed, full kitchen, great shower. The unit is very clean, modern and bright. Host responded immediately when I couldn't figure out the thermostat and in minutes the A/C was on and we stayed very comfortable all weekend. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Georgetown.

Wonderful
We were greeted with small snacks. Our place was clean and close to everything. We met the owner who was so easy to talk to. The area was walking distance to most Georgetown areas and we only had to Uber once. this is a wonderful place and would come again.

Charming town and beautiful apartment
My daughters and i really enjoyed out stay in DC, and being able to end our day in Georgetown was perfect! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. We appreciated the snacks and drinks left by our wonderful hosts. I will definitely stay here again when i visit DC again!

Amazing Georgetown Appartement
We have used the appartment after our ovesrseas arrival. It was the perfect place to start you vacation and perfect if you love to stay in Georgetown. Holly was super friendly, supportive and communicative. We would always come back to this place!

Super cute place in the best location
I loved this place! What I liked: - great location (one block from Starbucks, M Street, restaurants (“Call your Mother” for breakfast and “Peacock Cafe” for dinner were my favorites), Georgetown University, and even the famous Georgetown cupcake place) - perfectly clean - everything in the apartment seemed new and freshly renovated - toiletries, snacks, water and coffee were provided - owners were very friendly and responsive - parking pass was easy, useful and covered a pretty big area (for example: I could park by the house but also by the university) - wifi worked well I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay
We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It has a full kitchen which is a plus for apartments in DC when usually there's only a small fridge provided. You're very close to Georgetown, the riverfront, The Exorcist steps, and an awesome bagel place called "Call Your Mother." We had 2 issues during our stay, both of which were both resolved very quickly. Cleanliness, location and easy communication with the property manager were excellent!!

Great location but construction noise
Perfect Georgetown location but consruction noise directly outside bedroom door was frustrating. They started early and worked past 6pm. Would stay again once construction is complete. Owners were helpful as there was an ant problem and they quickly sent someone to spray entry points.

Perfect place
This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It appears brand new. We loved being in this beautiful Georgetown neighborhood. Only issue was noise during busy drive times as people seem to blast their car stereos while they are waiting at the stop sign. Nights were perfectly quiet, though. We felt very safe and could walk to eat and shop. It is a bit hilly, though, for us Floridians. We needed the host once and they responded within minutes and resolved our concern. We had confused their new electronic lock, or it confused us, but Nash had it working again in no time. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Staycation
Our vacation at the apartment is more a staycation because we live across the river eight miles away. The apartment is in the heart of Georgetown and at the center of student life. It so conveniently adapts to whatever mood you’re in during your visit.
