The staff was very friendly and accommodating to out family. The location is convenient for travel into DC. The breakfast was fantastic and perfect for our family of 5.

The property and our rooms were nice. Clean, good location. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had trouble with our rooms. We went with a large family and had booked two king rooms for four small families. On the phone, the person who helped us book the rooms told us that our rooms would have two separate bedrooms and each room would have a king sized bed. He said that there would also be a separate living room. Therefore each small family would get one bedroom. When we arrived, we found that each room was a suite with one bedroom and a living area with a pull out couch. We ended up having to rent a third room to accommodate the number of people in our family. The staff at the desk told us that we should have called the actual hotel in person instead of placing an online reservation. I told them that I called the hotel first. I was given the wrong information by the hotel as well as the booking agency.

The only disappointment was the fact that Expedia did not mention the $75 dog charge. I selected the hotel because it was dog friendly and paid online. When I arrived, they told me that my dogs would be an additional fee. Would have been nice if Expedia would have included that in my checkout total.

The suite, bedroom and living room are divided by a bathroom and kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, sink). The suite is clean and fresh smelling with in room control of heat and cooling, it was excellent. You couldn't ask more of the breakfast with made to order omelettes and pancakes. Included with the room we enjoyed a drink or two from the bar. Parking is below ground directly accessible from the hotel atrium. Access to public transportation buses and m train literally directly across the road from the hotel main entrance. We used the train to access the Washington DC museums. I strongly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay again.

Fyi, Peleton bike seat adjuster in Gym is broken. Also, L pulley on Precor weight machine will not adjust. Otherwise, beautiful and clean facility. Also, the evening welcome event is a nice touch!

We had a small fire occurring at 5:30 am during our stay..no staff telling us what to do or where to go in 30 degree weather was disconcerting. We wound up at the the Hilton 2 blocks away just to stay warm
