The main floor has a convenient nice size bedroom, as well as a full hall bathroom. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, a master with an exceptionally designed full bathroom, with double vanities, a second bedroom, and a full hall bathroom. The upstairs smaller bedroom also features a private 50 square foot deck. The SPACIOUS private 600 square foot penthouse deck offers sweeping views of the Washington Monument and Capitol. There is one assigned parking space in the rear of the building.

What to expect: Huxley Hospitality ensures strict cleaning standards with staff wearing masks and gloves. We follow strict guidelines.
We start you out with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, garbage bags and hand soap. Washer and dryer in unit available but please bring your own detergents. It is the guests responsibility to replenish or get more as needed for their needs.
PARKING: Free street parking. One designated parking space is included with your stay. Must park at designated location and send us plates information to avoid towing.
Trash- Recycle is picked up on Tuesdays and trash is picked up on Mondays.
High Speed WiFi access will be given to
you. TiVo 4k streaming to log into your favorites such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
