A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street. Spacious and Comfortable
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay in DC! The property was spacious and very comfortable. And, it was in a great location in proximity to all the sites of the city.

DC trip
We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. Looked like previous renters left a lot of food in sink. But that was no biggie to us. We washed dishes in dishwasher and washed rest in a large bowl. I’m sure owners know the trick. IF we would ever go back we would want this place, but due to us being country bumpkins we probably won’t go back to DC. We got our fill! Thank you for sharing your place with us! We left waters and drinks in fridge, we didn’t drink the wine because we don’t like ALL wine and didn’t know which one would be sweet, so the next person can enjoy!
