Saint George theme multi-color painted and furnished home. Three car garage and extra outdoor on property parking for boat or RV. Newly landscaped front and back yard. Heated pool to about 85 degrees, hot tub, and on property splash pad. Splash Pad has been recently resurfaced and looks fantastic!

Master bedroom/bath is over sized room with king bed, vaulted ceiling, 52 inch HD flat screen TV, 2 headed walk-in shower, jetted tub, 2 sinks/mirrors.

Guest room has king bed, large pop out area(perfect for travel crib), vaulted ceiling, full bathroom with a shower and smaller walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Fifth bedroom with queen sofa sleeper and 50' TV for movies and gaming systems. All bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses(even the lazy boy sofa sleeper) and ceiling fans.

Full Kitchen with new fridge, granite counter tops, large separate dining area seats 8, 5 bar seats, granite counter tops with center bar, 2 sinks, and two ovens, one convectional the other gas.

Living room doubles as a newly installed surround sound theater room. 60 in HD flat screen TV. Over sized conversation couch and 2 recliners.

We do everything possible to make our home covid free before your arrival by following all guidelines. But due to this current pandemic and it's highly contagious nature we can not guarantee that your stay will not be without risk. Since all travel has some risk we cannot be held responsible for any possible exposure to the covid virus.

Wonderful home/pool for the Family
Our family had a great time at this property. The pool and splash pad were a great way to cool off. Paul was very helpful and responsive during our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great views and in a great location.

This house is incredible! Plenty of room for all of our kids and grandkids. The pool and splash pad were a huge hit! It was exactly what we were hoping for. Very well stocked and the hosts are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Wonderful stay in St George
We loved this house, it's large and comfortable. The pool and spa were lovely. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to the restaurants and downtown St George.

Great Memorial Weekend Getaway
The property owners and manager were very accommodating. The property is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are amazing! The pool is a salt system so you can open your eyes underwater and it's friendly to your skin. :) Look forward to staying here again.

Great Stay
The house was roomy and clean. The owner (Paul) was very responsive with communicating via text and phone call. The only complaint we had was that the pool gets too hot to get into during hot summer days so we had to uncover the pool and run the pool features overnight and wait for the pool to cool down enough for us to get in the next day. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was great with areas to sit in the sun or shade. The hosts were very responsive with any questions. This home is well taken care of and in a great location. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our week at this property and discovered an entirely new areas to us. We enjoyed the pool, hikes and mountain bike rides in the beautiful red cliffs reserve that is right outside the door!

Great getaway!
We booked last minute while driving down to Texas to visit family. This was a great place to hang out for a few days and let the kids enjoy the pool! Fast communication with owners. Would definitely come here again.

Making Memories
Planned this trip for us and our daughters family. The house and backyard pool was wonderful.; where we spent most of our time. This is the first time renting for me where the home owners actually took pride in their property and are great to correspond with their guests to answer questions. I would definitely rent from them again.

Just what we needed!
We loved staying in this Washington property. The home itself was so nice and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was perfectly accommodating. But our favorite part was the yard with the pool and spa. Sadly we had some issues with using the spa due to broken part but the owner thoroughly communicated our options and we were satisfied with how the issue was resolved. The owners were always quick to respond to questions or issues and could not have been any nicer! We happily would return to stay in this home. Thank you!

Great place for large family
We have 6 kids and this house was perfect for them. Could have handled a few more even. There was separate areas for video games and movie watching and board game playing simultaneously! We especially loved the heated pool even when it was a little chilly outside, the water was great. Fun water basketball hoop, slide, and splash pad. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to golf course and all the Washington shopping. Hopefully we’ll be back. We loved the huge walk-in kitchen pantry as we were packing all our food and treats for the week.

Wonderful St. George/Washington location and property
Our stay at Paul and Shaunna's property was fantastic. The home had everything we needed for a resort style stay for our 10 adults and 3 young kids + 2 infants--plenty of room, and we didn't feel crowded (kids slept on floor mattresses provided). The pool, splash pad, and hot tub were definitely the highlights for our group--great that it is private, not part of a condo development. The home was clean and well stocked with the things we needed for cooking and other activities. The TV's, and internet were excellent, beds comfortable, garage for cars, etc., location in Washington near Green Spring Golf Course. The home was clean upon arrival. Owners very easy to work with and had excellent communication. Would definitely stay again when in St. George.

Overall satisfactory,. clean other than needs a a lot of dusting, hot tub gave a rash to the legs, so something is wrong in the water........needs attention. Also unable to use pool as they share water. Host offered to send pool company two days after the incident.

Excellent family get away!
Everything was as advertised. My wife and I had a wonderful time as did our family who arrived half way through my birthday stay. The house, pool, slide, lights, hot tub, misters and splash pad all worked well and were very fun! A couple quick calls to very responsive hosts corrected any clarifications on their written instructions and small fixes. Simple as resetting a GFI outlet by pushing a button. All TV-Streaming entertainment worked very well if you follow the detailed instructions. Golf at the nearby Green Spring course was also a great. Beautiful course. Walking and running trails for daily exercise. Close to any type of fast food, movies and shopping. We will be back!
