Newly renovated with charming details and fun artwork. 3 couples, a birthday celebration, great food cooked in the well-appointed kitchen (and grill), star gazing in the hot tub, comfortable beds, and loved being able to walk to several hikes. Elena & Hugh were very responsive! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"10/10 recommend staying here!! Very cool house in a wonderful location. So much entertainment on the property, we didn’t want to leave! Communication with the hosts was also superb. "

"I had my (very small) wedding at the farmhouse with our close family and friends and the entire event was amazing and made perfect by the house and by Lisa. I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful property (unbelievably well renovated and comfortable), Lisa's outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, and how incredibly special it was to have our wedding there - a feeling shared and expressed repeatedly by everyone who joined us as well! "

It was perfect to gather around the table and enjoy a home cooked meal we had prepared together and then go outside and hang around the fire pit knowing we wouldn’t be disturbing anyone out in the country. Jennifer was very accommodating and very responsive and went out of her way to make our family feel welcome at the Farmhouse. I am definitely recommending to family and friends!"

"This was our second time staying here and we loved it! The fenced yard is incredible and our sheltie had a blast! This house is very dog friendly - trash can outside for doggy business and wire on the fence to really keep your dog contained while still letting them see outside the yard. The hosts were wonderful - thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home for a few days! "

Breakfast (cereal and pancake mix shown in photos and stated on page) is no longer provided. The house is on 3 levels. It is no longer configured to sleep 20. Three bedrooms (one connected to a bathroom) in the walkout basement sleep 6 and a trundle-bed (not 2 bunks) can sleep 2. The main floor has 3 bedrooms (including a master w/bathroom) and...

"We found the house to be perfectly suitable for a wedding rehearsal dinner for over 60 people! The house was a big hit with our guests! They all took a tour and raved about the house!"

"Cute farmhouse has a wonderful pool and hot tub! It’s on the outskirts of Luray, so plan on driving a bit to see the sights but it’s nice and quiet. There’s lots of levels to spread out in the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions of things to do and places to go. We enjoyed Skyline Drive in Shenandoah State Park that was about an hour from the house. "
