"My family of 5 adults & 3 children under age of 4 stayed 2 nights while hosting 18 additional local family members for our annual Christmas in July family gathering. The Farmhouse was equipped with everything needed including space inside and out! Chad is an excellent host! He was right on top of our needs and then some! He delivered a dozen Blueberry Donuts made right on site Red River Farms!! And Chad made time to photograph our group and introduce us to the retail side of Red River Farms...

"It was clean, with convenient washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. A very short distance from the square and the surrounding neighborhoods are pleasant to walk. Owners are also quick to respond if there is an issue."

"The property owners were very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. The reference in the listing to a picnic on the beach seems mis-leading. You do have a nice view over the river and we had a pretty sunset but no beach. The house looks nicer in the pictures than in person although it is large and accommodated our needs. There are a lot DIY renovations that pretty odd but didn't really interfere with our stay. Just not as luxurious as represented. I should acknowledge I manage some rental...
