"We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! "Our Sunday School Class wanted to see the Ark Encounter. (There were 10 of us and all.) We were delighted to find a place that was only eight minutes away, with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Peter, the host, stayed in touch with us all the way. He was very accommodating and provided clear easy instructions for checking in and out."

"We arrived around dinner time and Peter had already sent all needed info for a smooth check in. We planned to go to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was quick yo get on the highway for the nurse I’m and the Ark is only 5 minutes away. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with lots of room, plenty of beds and enough chairs for everyone to eat together at the table! If we have friends planning a trip, we will definitely recommend!"

"Our family of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The home is spacious and clean with beautiful views! The owners thought of everything we could possibly need (I.e. kcups, small snacks, towels). We all loved the hot tub, fireplaces and the breathtaking Kentucky hills in the backyard. We went to the creation museum and the Ark and the house was in a great location to see both. We loved our stay!"

"Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to Ark, wineries and bourbon distilleries. Close enough to visit Cincinnati and nice to have common space to visit with friends vs staying in multiple hotel rooms. "

"Great location! Equal distance between Louisville, Lexington, and the Cincinnati airport. We were at all three. Also close to Ark Encounter and Kentucky Speedway. We loved afternoons on the big deck and two story boat house, then hanging out in the huge open concept first floor at night. Messaged the host during our stay twice and responses were fast and complete. All around great experience. Highly recommend."
