"The hotel itself is beautiful. I booked a room with a lounge access which was a big waste of money. The lounge was terrible. Nothing to eat during the day. Cakes cost extra money as if it’s not enough the extra money I paid to have access to the lounge. A big disappointment. "

"We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros. "

However the sincere and genuine care of the check in staff, along with the complimentary breakfast made up for the delay. Problems occur, it is how they are dealt with that matters. "Our 2nd Stay at the Duval apartments. The room we were allocated was a small apartment well equipped with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed ,fridge, kettle, cutlery Etc. The room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. Excellent location in the centre of the old town close to many restaurants and museums.
