Only unit 2 is available at the moment.
This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and hear the water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind. We also just added two kayaks for more fun in the water!

Tranquility by the water
Absolutely beautiful views. You are literally right on the water, it is so nice. You can swim right off the dock and go fishing. There is a nice fire pit to roast hotdogs and marshmallows. The host provides 2 fishing poles and boogie boards. Not much property for kids to play and run around though. Any issues or questions and the host responded quickly. We had a wonderful time and felt quite rested when we left.

Sister trip
We picked Charm Riverside house because it was half between us. The location was close to many different activities and towns to check out. We spent most of our time out back enjoying the river view. The house was clean and was well stocked. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to my questions.

Warsaw Stay
This was a great place for my wife and I to spend the weekend! When we arrived we were met with a very nice lady welcome basket of s’more items and sparklers which we took advantage of over the Independence Day weekend we were there. The location was great, being only 45-60 minutes away from major attractions (Cincinnati, The Ark, Creation Museum, and Louisville) was very convenient and being on the river was very nice for fishing and swimming. Overall it really is a great place to stay for couples or a few friends but we will warn you that there are a lot of stairs and the property won’t allow for a lot of privacy with the glass doors. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome place right on the river! Close to town for food and supplies,we had a great time fishing and relaxing on the dock.
