"We always love to get to Breck in October (off season). Absolutely some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Very much appreciative of the amount of towels available (Sometimes you get 1 towels per person staying at other properties). Location is great, area so quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee places, and of course breweries. Management company is one of the best we have seen. "

"Great place for a large family. We had 7 in our group that accommodated us perfectly. While we enjoyed the entire property, the kitchen and living room area were our favorite. We did a lot of in house cooking…the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Overall, a wonderful property which we will book again in the future! "I was a bit worried when I first got the check in instructions regarding having to be there at 4, going to some other building, etc., that all sounded like a giant pain. A few days prior, I did receive an email with codes for door and building which made it super easy. All we had to do was show up and enter at our convenience. Unit was exactly as advertised - clean, nice, great location. Parking is super tight in the garage. If you have a large vehicle you're better off parking in the lot. Parking was a bit tight would be my only complaint, and this was in the summer. Can't imagine what it's like in the winter. We could walk to Breckenridge Brewery, a good breakfast spot across the street, and the rest of the main shopping center. Great unit that will not disappoint. Super clean. Bedding and towels were clean and nice. Thanks for the stay, we had a blast!!!"
