"This house exceeded all our expectations and made our getaway truly perfect. Being the first guests made it feel extra special. Everything was super clean and fresh, I really hope the owners can maintain that. The cabin is modern and luxurious, beautifully built and incredibly spacious. It is close to Petenwell Lake (3 min drive), which has a lovely sandy beach perfect for kids. We had a wonderful time, already recommended it to a ton of friends and will definitely be back! "We had a group of 30, three generations here for a family reunion. It was a great space with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean on arrival and had all the amenities we needed! We spent one day on the beach at Buckhorn State Park, only a short distance away. Would stay here again."

"The house was mostly clean and worked well for what we were going for. The deck and firepit area was great for our group. It is not like the pictures. You can see that maintenance has not been done outside for a while. Just go in knowing that you will have to wash out the kayaks if you want to use them. The deck needs stain, which is not a big deal but not like the pics. The chairs outside worked great but also had not been cleaned. The inside was pretty clean. We enjoyed the little towel...

"We had a very good time. It would have been great if the cleaners would have been done when we arrived. We would also have liked to have not had to go out snd buy TP. There was a partial roll on the dispenser in each bathroom. Just not enough for 3 nights and 15 people. The kayaks were great as well as the life jackets. "

"We had a great stay at this lovely lake cabin and it nicely accommodated 10 adults and 1 infant. There was plenty of space for everyone! We loved the beautiful lake view as well! The walls were a little thin, so anyone going to bed early could hear those still awake and chatting. We recommend bringing a fan or white noise machine, etc. if you see your group going to bed at different times."

"Halfway point to meet friends. Location was perfect. Not near anything. Hung out by the fire pit and swapped stories. House was absolutely perfect. Only issue was one tv didn’t work. Made one phone call and Tammy had a new one installed in less than two hours. Will book again. "

"Great location close to many of the things we like to do, The Pentwell rock structure was a good find to hike , fishing just down the road , boating at Castle Rock lake , can't wait to do it again!"

"This is a beautiful house! It had just what we needed....kitchen very well supplied. We used mostly paper plates, but good supply of flatware and utensils, Keurig and regular coffee pot, 4 slice toaster, lots of knives. We didn't lack anything. Loved the big table for family games, With all the rain this year, the mosquitoes were abundant, but "
