"We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...

"Sent 3 messages to the host days before we where due to arrive re how to access the property, got no replies, had to phone booking agent VRBO on arrival as we couldn’t get inside & as there was no 4g signal we had to drive off again & find a signal, it seems tie host “forgot” to send details. overall we found the property adequate for 2 nights stay but wouldn’t have been happy to stay longer as beds although clean where extremely uncomfortable. "The cottage is warm, comfortable and has a view of Killeavy castle. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They had essentials waiting for us in the kitchen (tea,milk,bread,etc.) which were very much appreciated. Definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. Road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper plus be very careful coming out of the driveway. The locals drive fast on this road."

"It was amazing. Surrounded by hills and the Mourne mountains and a view of the ocean in the distance. Woke up to cows in the front pasture and sheep in the back pasture each morning. So peaceful there. Cottage has everything one would need for a very pleasant stay."

"From the moment we pulled up to the cottage we loved it and it only got better when we opened the door. Wonderful character and feel and deceptively larger than it looks from the outside. We felt at home and the location was great not only for walks to Kilbroney Park and Rostrevor but also to hear the sound of the river. Brona was lovely and can’t wait to return."

"We stayed 3 nights at the cottage and we can honestly say it was faultless. The cottage is done out beautifully with everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The hot tub which Conner set up for us every evening was a God send after biking all day! The location is also stunning and very peaceful if you are wanting rest and relaxation. Conner and Sophie are excellent hosts and even had two cold beers waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch Gorgeous cottage in an idyllic location...

"We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."
