"While the main casino floor permits smoking and is extremely smokey, the hotel is smoke free. Our room had an incredible view of the Detroit River and was extremely clean. A large line accumulated at check-in and immediately additional staff was added at the check-in desk which made the line move quickly. There is currently much construction around the property which can make navigating around it tough, and not to mention they began working around 7AM which was an unpleasant surprise being woken up to after a late night. I'm sure once the road construction is complete, this will be alleviated. "

"I've stayed at several hotels in the area, and I love that Skyline Hotel has truly handicap accessible rooms with roll in showers. They are also one of the few hotels with daily room cleaning for guests that are staying multiple nights. "
