From the fully outfitted chef's kitchen with professional-grade Italian appliances and custom walnut island, to the cathedral-ceilinged great room with large fireplace, amazing mountain views and cozy window seats, this home truly has it all.

Relax in the gorgeous primary suite, with amazing views, a large walk- in closet, private work area, oversized soaking tub, and rain shower.
The second king bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with sliding glass doors that offer direct access to an outdoor sitting area and the hot tub.
A queen bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a custom bunk room with four full-sized bunk beds round out the bedrooms in this spacious home which can easily and comfortably accomodate large extended families, multiple families or groups.

This house truly is as good as it gets. The property has more conveniences then you need to enjoy a wonderful stay! Clean, modern with plenty of space and a terrific mudroom for your ski gear. Also a great location close to the mountain. We had a great day and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Home
We are avid VRBOers. This home, Morrell House was gorgeous, so well cared for. The Super Host, Mod, was more than accommodating, going so far as to offer suggestions for activities and even lined up a caterer who made my wife’s birthday special (catered menu and bday cake). We will most definitely return for a visit…this ski season.

What a wonderful place to make family memories. Went for a spring ski weekend. Communication and check-in / check-out was easy. Truly beautiful home with lots of amenities. Loved the welcome basket of food which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Always perfect getaway
We’ve been coming to this property for several years now, and it almost seems timeless. Every visit is as perfect as the first, from the initial check-in, having all the space needed for two families, immaculately cleaned, a great hot tub, excellent location to either Mt Ellen or Mt Lincoln of Sugarbush, and quick responsiveness from the owner. I’ll keep this review short because the previous reviews already cover it all, and it all the glowing recommendations remain true to this day.

Best STR in New England!
Absolutely amazing home! Location, design, amenities and features are all off the charts! The arrival gifts that have a VT flare were an amazing and great surprise. I have stayed here in the past as well. This property has now ruined me for any other homes I might stay at in future. I’m not sure how another could come close to this experience. The owners are amazing a fantastic communicators. I’m in love with this place.

We had a great stay. The property is exactly as pictured. Kitchen extremely well stocked, everything worked great. Only small negative is when sitting on the lovely deck, you could really hear the traffic, as the road is close and the ratio looks over the road. But everything else perfect, and owners were delightful to work with.

The Morrell house is the best
...or at least one of the very best rentals we've experienced. This is the second winter we have booked a ski trip at Sugarbush and stayed at the Morrell House. Mod is a fantastic host. She is gracious, responsive, thoughtful, and very organized. The house is better than advertised. It's a great experience from start to finish. We wish it were ours.

Perfectly maintained property
This is now our third year visiting this property, and our family still continues to look forward, eagerly, to our visits. The space is still meticulously maintained, as clean and new-looking as the first time we visited. The space is perfect for our extended family, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate four younger kids, a teen, and four adults. Mod is always easy to communicate with, and we always feel welcome when we arrive. This is just such a great property to stay at, and we recommend this without hesitation to others.

3 Families 3 Kids - Perfect Getaway for Sugarbush!
The home is beautiful, everything brand new and done top notch. The owners/property managers were quite helpful in recommending local services for us to make our stay more enjoyable. We had a local chef and team of masseuses come to the property to add just a bit more luxury to our stay. The bunk room downstairs was perfect for our children to have their own mini vacation, individual reading lights and cubbies to keep their books and activities. The rain shower and hot tub were great additions to our stay, and added to a perfect ending to each day on the slopes. Thank you!

Fantastic I Highly Recomend!!
The House is by far the best VRBO property I have rented!! Mod is extremely professional and definitly very talented because Mod and Ty thought of every little detail, every detail had the touch of an interior decorator, everything was absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the large bathtub in the Master Bath was so inviting that bathing became my daily routine with essential oils overlooking the beautiful trees. All bathrooms had Molton Brown Soaps and very luxurious robes, the kitchen had some amazing drinks and snacks, the kids and I had such a wonderful experience, yes I highly recomend this property. I will definitely be coming back.

Sensational property
This property hits it out of the park. The owner is fantastic and easy to deal with, the house is ideally located for skiing and the house itself is the perfect modern ski house. All details from the boot-drying rack and spacious mud room, hot tub, overall layout (easy for adults and kids to share), kitchen design and appliances (Breville and equivalent throughout), beautiful bathrooms (even the kids mentioned how nice the towels were), huge gas fireplace, sensational views, welcome basket filled with local treats, and stocked drink fridges (not a typo - two drinks fridges) are perfectly executed. By far and away the best rental we've had at Sugarbush. Thank you!!

As we turned up the drive in the dark, one of our teens said, “Wow, I wish we were staying there!” We were all excited to realize we were! And at the end of the visit, we are all still just as in love with this modern home. Beautifully appointed, it was also comfortable beyond compare. Everything we needed was right where we might have expected it. The mud room is a skier’s paradise with a boot warming rack for 8 pair of boots and cubby space for everyone. And the details are so well thought out: luxurious bath robes and towels, giant tv in the downstairs, high end appliances that cook perfectly, and throw blankets in every cozy nook. Everyone slept so well in their super comfy beds. We loved waking up to the sunrise through the many large windows. Simply wonderful. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Let me be honest - after a last year's nightmarish rental experience with a Vacasa property I was not looking forward to this trip. Everything looks great on paper but once you arrive you face the ugly reality... ...And I am happy to say I turned out to be totally wrong! The best thing is that you not just renting a house, you are renting the experience. It starts with the smoothest possible check in and continues to the most welcoming combination of a cosy house and a comfortable luxury hotel. The check out rules are as easy as a one liner too. You will find a lot of decorative items but nothing too personal, delightful refreshments, abundant local treats of all sorts and even bathrobes in every bedroom of 2 sizes. I already mentioned the house is modern which means everything is super easy to use and nothing is missing. We didn't cook but had to finished the catered food - we even found a pasta pot. The main suite has a bedroom, an office/walk in closet, a bathroom with a huge window, a giant state of the art shower cabin with powerful hot rain shower and beautiful bath. Fancy bath salt and Molton Brown full sized products provided by every bath/sink. Other bedrooms are cool too. We had 2 newly born babies, everyone felt at home. Everything is in the perfect working order. No stupid signs - all the instructions provided in the tasteful separate folder. 5 min from skiing and town, the Hosts are always there for you, you do feel welcome! We are back next year, Mod!

This is the best place ever. It was very clean, well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked. You had EVERYTHING to make it your best vacation ever. We wanted to stay forever!
Our experience at Mod’s property was exceptional. Everything was perfect, including the view from the deck. We have traveled the world with VRBO…It feels wonderful to find a get away as special as this home (spacious, stylish, comfortable and impeccable) for our family to gather for special occasions so close to our own Vermont home. Far Exceeded Expectations
We were in town for a Wedding. Everything about this property was exceptional. The spectacular mountain views and the beautiful & well appointed interior. The kitchen was well stocked and the snacks were a nice bonus. The master bedroom/bath was simply outstanding. No detail was overlooked in this home, it is absolutely beautiful. Above & Beyond
Everything about the property met or, in most instances, exceeded our expectations. We were 3 generations of adults and the home worked for us all. The owners could not have been more responsive as we planned or when we were on site. The home is exceedingly clean, with high-end amenities and every gadget or appliance one could have needed. The kitchen is completely outfitted for any possible meal prep. Every room is lovely and exceptionally tasteful and comfortable. It is truly an ideal property.

If you are reading this, you are considering booking Mod's house for your trip to Warren. Stop now and just book it! The house is truly as wonderful as it seems! The pictures do not do it justice. Every room is so well appointed and you can see how much thought and care went into every choice. The kitchen is so well stocked and the linens are delightful. Every bedroom is unique but there isn't one that's better than another. Ok maybe the master suite with that gorgeous bathroom takes the cake but no one was disappointed. The bunk beds have their own cubbies with outlets for your phone and books. With air conditioning throughout, we were completely comfortable even though it was a record heat wave over the weekend. The window seats were crowd favorites - perfect for morning coffee and a book. I jokingly told Mod that I needed a source list for the entire house. The location is excellent for all things Mad River Valley. Check in and out is a breeze. There was even a generous welcome package with lots of Vermont goodies for us. And Mod was quick with responses and a great host. We have already started talking about when we'll return!
