"Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an der Bundesstrasse. Ab ca. 5 Uhr ist starker Verkehrslärm. Super Service. Zimmer sehr gross. Das Bad ist aber leider etwas klein. Fichtelbergbahn Station unterhalb vom Hotel. Empfehlung für nicht Lärm empfindliche Gäste."

Beim Check-out wurde ich vor Ort aufgefordert nochmals eine Rechnung für zwei Übernachtungen zu begleichen, da angeblich die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde. Bis heute werde ich von der Vermittlerplattform an den Vermieter verwiesen und von den Vermieter an die Vermittlerplattform. Ergebnis: Doppelt bezahlt, Verworfener Urlaub mit Kind."

"Ich kann überhaupt nicht verstehen wie man eine pauschale negative Bewertung über diese Penzion abgeben kann. Wenn ich nach einer so preisgünstigen Pension suche und die buche, kann ich keine Luxusunterkunft erwarten. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Obwohl die Pension an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Im Bett habe ich trotz Rückenleiden sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt einfache gute Hausmannskost. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich...

"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"
