So when we went to the front desk a few times, the staff seems a little annoyed that we were even speaking with them. It just made me feel unwelcome. Hotel is great, front desk staff were the worst of our trip. "

"Our room had an amazing view of Belfast City Hall. Also high ceilings (not sure if that is common to all rooms). The bar down stairs was very nice, but I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open on weeknights. We will need to return on a weekend to enjoy that."

The only tiny complaint we had is that the sheets on the bed were barely large enough for a queen-sized bed."
