Takes in the stay - When we arrived nobody was available to check us in for good 10 min also nobody to take the luggage out and help neither when we were checking out, they said the person was on vacation - Room was good but not properly equipped as two bedroom, we had to ask for towels, no tissue box, one remote of AC was not working, and no way to contact staff directly (only whatapp which I have to add number...
