The propery owner said i would not be charged for my pet. And after staying there for 2 days they said they needed a deposit. A $200 deposit. That was explained to me would be refunded when we left. My dogs stayed in crates. Never went anywhere else. When I left they made up an excuse that I was smoking in the room. I dont smoke. It says they have a kids menu. They dont. Says pet friendly. But obviously not. Would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely beautiful location. We had a room in the hotel building with a balcony overlooking a river. Great room in every way. We were there on a Monday and unfortunately the restaurant and saloon were not open so cannot comment on these. However it was a short and scenic drive into Cody for dinner, etc.

Beautiful, scenic and very quiet. Staff was courteous and pleasant. The dining room is only open for supper Tuesday through Saturday, so be prepared.

We arrived late at night after a long day of driving. We were told we couldn't get any ice because the front desk was closed. There are no food options nearby and it is basically in the middle of no where. It was a cute little stay for a night after being at Yellowstone Nat' Park.

Beautiful area and very nice cabins, but no food or stores around. Very poor customer service. Desk closed before 3:40 pm, but at least I got text message how to access room keys. I had to help two intenational couples and call twice to find out for them how to access their cabins keys. After two days, I requested cleaning and trash removal but nothing was done. My trash was overflowing and floor was very dirty because the entrance to the cabin was directly from the outdoor and entry mat didn't help much. Person at the desk informed me that inormation about complimentary coffee and pastries is not correct.

Had a wonderful time. Only thing that needs improvement is the restaurant. Only open Tuesday to Saturday 5 - 9. Breakfast wasn't great. Complimentary breakfast type items only and you have to pay for the items. Other than that, it was very good.

Great if you're looking for a room with a view.
You couldn't beat the views and the room was cozy. The bathroom was tiny and our light/fan was really loud. My biggest disappointment was that no one bothered to tell us the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and Monday. The website said they were open. The nearest town was 20 minutes away. Luckly we had stopped for food on the way in. This meant there was no breakfast offered besides some overpriced food most hotels would give for free. They also had no staff after 5 on Sunday. They put our key and paperwork in a lock box for us to grab when we got there.
