"Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby and rooms were exceptional. The room was bigger than most flats in London Had dinner in the restaurant and was very very good. Steak tartare was one of the best I’ve had and Burrata salad was right up there. Only down point were the “fries” 9/10 apart from that with value in mind. Breakfast selection was very impressive, only moan is that the cooked section was a little dry. Needs something to add moisture/sauce to it all. Will go back for sure "

"Our stay was 9 days. Property was clean. Room was uncomfortably cold—about 62 degrees F most of our stay. I questioned several staff who said they would send someone to look at it but when I mentioned the issue to front desk staff, the said “yeah, the heat has been out in the entire complex for over a week. That’s why we have heaters on our desk!” Staff were a mix of hospitable and cranky. Main issue was upon leaving we were told we could settle our closing bill and if no one was at the front desk at 0500, just call and someone would come. I called 3 times no one came. I left the room key and asked for a copy of the final bill. Never got it. The bill that showed up on my credit card was $927 US when I was expecting something more like $60 for incidental charges. Tried to reach the hotel. No response in over a week. Contacted Expedia and after 5 day still no resolution. "

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

"Great location in the centre of Nijmegen. Our room was quite basic but clean. Lots of noise from the pigeons outside as we had a window which faced out into the centre of the building. Extremely steep stairs up to the room but there was an option of a lift. Great cafe/ bar downstairs with lovely staff. Didn’t try the breakfast as so many other options close by. "

"Good clean hotel right next to the train station but don't let put you off the train station is one of the best in Netherlands Which is always clean and tidy just like the Mercure.Breakfast is very Good with hot bacon and eggs fruits and very good pastry,s it's in a very good location for the centre which can be walked in 5<>10 min The main bus stop is next to the train station making for easy access to the surrounding towns like Beek and Berg en Dal and Buinigen which are all worth a visit.Nice Hotel Friendly Staff .. Great Stuff "

"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from other rooms but ear plugs solved that problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious and from service was very reasonably priced, easy to order via the app and great service."

"Very nice hotel. Looks a little dated on the outside, but very nice inside, with many renovations completed. The bed was small however comfortable. Best part was the heating which worked very well, helping me recover from being under the weather for a few days. Enjoyed a great dinner at their restaurant, very nice atmosphere. And much praise to the front desk staff who were so helpful - thank you. Easy to reach by bus number 8 from Nijmegen central station. Overall, very enjoyable."
