"The house is extremely well presented, and the internal layout and amount of space perhaps belies first impressions when you look at the house. There was some building work going while we were there, but the owners recognised the situation with a lovely bottle of wine and a thank you card with a generous gift voucher. "The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. Sorry."

"Very impressed with our stay. Right along the park and an easy walk to shops for necessities. The unit feels newly renovated, fabulous bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we could need. The bedrooms are upstairs, which was fine for us - we’ll definitely be coming back again! Thank you :)"

"We stayed for a work trip. A great place for 6 adults working together to stay, with plenty of room to have your own space when needed. Nearby shopping centre and eateries were convenient and the host was outstanding with addressing any additional requests and was extremely friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough."

"Poppy’s place is delightful. A renovated classic Queenslander in a stunning location with Mt Cootha and its amazing tracks close by, and delicious cafes and takeaway food within a few hundred meters. "We stayed at Sam and Sarah‘s accomodation and could not have been happier. It’s a great set up and the photos don’t do it Justice. It has a lovely homely feel to it and Sam and Sarah went out of their way to make our stay very memorable. Close to train and shops, quiet and beautiful area. We will definitely be back!"

"It was cold in Brisbane, yet we were warm in bed. The air-conditioner took the chill off the dinning & lounge rooms. The skylights over the kitchen & bathroom allowed both sun & moon light to fill these rooms. Quality fixtures in these rooms made us feel at home. Easy driving to CBD, South Bank, River, Mt Coo-Tha & a diverse range of Cafes & Restaurants - all less than 15 minutes. MadeComfy's policy of no flannels & just one roll of single ply TP for our 4 day stay was grossly inadequate....

"This property was well situated for the purposes of our trip. It had great access to the train and buses and was within walking distance to the river and shopping center. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 6 of us staying in the house so having the toilet and the shower in one bathroom was a minor challenge but not insurmountable. Great to have an iron, washing machine, and hairdyer. Aircon and fans super helpful in January heat in BNE."

"This property is clean, and the reception is very helpful and friendly. I was travelling for business, and my only concern was the thinness of the walls and the noise travelling. I had to do a presentation and had constant children screaming. This was during the day and when recording a speech in the morning. I suggest a separate area for business travellers from family travellers. A note that parking is $15 per night for parking with bollards that you need to lock and unlock as you come and go."
