The spacious apartment is on the ground floor. It is comfortable and of high quality.
On about 55 square meters you will find an open living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
Our apartment is threshold-free - all rooms are easily accessible by wheelchair or walker. 1m wide doors allow sufficient movement, the bathroom is handicapped accessible. Allergy sufferers will also feel comfortable with us.
A parking space belongs to the apartment. A large bike room and a play area with a swing, slide and sandpit are available as a community facility.

Rates:
In accordance with the Pricing Ordinance (PAngV) and case law, our prices include the costs for electricity, heating, water and waste disposal. The final cleaning costs of € 60.00 are also included in our prices. Bed linen can be rented on site. On request you can get a children's travel bed, bed linen and a buggy. Please contact us if necessary.

In the immediate vicinity are: restaurants, bakeries, bike rental, laundromat.

The apartment is just a few steps from the sea water indoor wave pool. The North Sea and the Hooksmeer leisure area with tennis courts, pedal boat rental, sports boat harbors, sailing school, surfing bay, water ski facility, pony rides for younger guests are quickly accessible.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Beach chairs and outdoor dining are available on the wonderfully long sandy beach. Watching the game of clouds or the children digging sand, searching for shells and flying kites ... everyday life is far away.

There is a special section of beach for nudists. If you're brave, try kitesurfing. Just watching is fun!

Hooksiel is located in the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Heritage Area (see: www.waddensea-worldheritage. Org / de / weltnaturerbe-wattenmeer). The seaside resort of Hooksiel with its long sandy beach and the adjacent leisure and nature reserve 'Hooksmeer' offers unlimited vacation options. The picturesque town center with its old harbor and numerous bars and shops invites you to stroll and linger.

Mudflat hikes and bike tours, just like beach holidays, offer almost unlimited leisure time fun. You will find the sea water wave indoor pool, the jade harness racing track, tennis courts, marinas, sailing school, pedal boat rental, surfing bay, water ski lift and much more. A clay pigeon shooting range is around 10 km away. Beginners and advanced golfers are warmly welcome at the Wilhelmshaven-Friesland golf club with its North Sea golf school.

Day trips to the East Frisian Islands such as Wangerooge or Spiekeroog are a unique experience. Even the only German offshore island Helgoland can be reached by boat directly from Hooksiel (seasonal travel palms).

The picturesque town of Jever offers a wide range of attractions such as Jever Castle, a historic town center and the opportunity to visit the Jever brewery ("Like the country so the Jever").

Visit the naval city of Wilhelmshaven with the largest deep-sea port in Europe, the Jade-Weser-Port, the naval port, maritime mile with aquarium, Wadden Sea house, beach promenade, coastal and naval museum.

Bremerhaven with its Klimahaus, Zoo am Meer, German Maritime Museum and much more are just as easy to reach as the university town of Oldenburg with its beautiful city center.
