Vacation apartment Deichblick

The Deichblick apartment is located in the Horumersiel-Schillig district, close to the beach (approx. 150 m). The islands of Wangerooge, Minsener Oog and Mellum can be seen from the beach. The duplex apartment is on the 1st Floor and offers about 50 square meters of space for four people for a relaxing holiday by the sea. In the lower area of the maisonette is the cozy living area with an open, modern kitchen with dining area. From here there is direct access to the west balcony with a swing and furniture from which you have a wonderful view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A built-in staircase leads to a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A private parking space belongs to the apartment. A bike room is available. You can easily reach the beautiful sandy beach and all the facilities you need within a few minutes' walk.

Lage ist gut, Wohnung ist total abgewohnt.
Eine Woche an der See ist immer gut. Wind und Meer und Sonne was sonst? Na eine gute Unterkunft. Doch leider ist die Ferienwohnung nicht so schön. Sie ist leider auf dem Stand von gefühlt 1980. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und die Einrichtung und die Küche ist mehr eine Improvisation. Nein, schön ist was anderes. Die Lage ist gut, Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber die Wohnung... Klodeckel locker, Terrassen Boden bricht bald ein, die Leiter zu den Schlafzimmern "Quietscht" bei jedem Schritt und man fragt sich ob der Preis den man bezahlt hat das Erlebnis Ferienwohnung Deichblick #11 rechtfertigt.

Lage ist empfehlenswert
Wir haben eine Unterkunft in sehr nah am Strand gefunden, die in direkter Nähe zur kleinen Einkaufsstraße liegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war den Bildern entsprechend. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung leider nicht dem entsprechend. Der Föhn war nicht nur staubig, sondern sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Staubfäden und Haare auf den Matratzen haben dem Aufenthalt einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack gegeben.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Prima Lage. Wohnung reicht für eine 4 köpfige Familie völlig aus. Leider kein Hochstuhl und Babybett vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht.

Lage Top. Wohnung Befriedigend
Positiv ist die Lage zum Strand. Die Wohnung sah in den Bildern viel geräumiger und besser aus, als in der Realität. Der Wohn und Essbereich schon ziemlich klein und mit den Möbeln sehr zugestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche gerad so befriedigend. Der angegebene Backofen ist nur ein kleiner Aufstellbackofen. In denen man für 4 Personen nicht wirklich was zubereiten kann. Zusätzlich nimmt er die ganze Arbeitsfläche ein. Die Mikrowelle war nicht angeschlossen ganz oben auf dem Schrank und dadurch nicht nutzbar. Der Kühlschrank lief gefühlt 24 stunden obwohl er auf 1 gestellt war und hat leider auch kein TK Fach. Zusätzlich war er nicht gerade Sauber. Statt die Putzsachen im Großen Küchenschrank zu lagern wäre es schön mehr Lagerfläche für Lebensmittel zu haben. Reinigung könnte auch besser sein. Es hingen noch Hundehaare an Türen oder im Bad an den Fliesen. Das Fliegengitter an der Terassentür war kaputt und auch allgemein sind die Möbel schon Stark abgenutzt. Im Ganzen Befriedigend die Wohnung. Hatten aber etwas mehr erwartet gehabt.

Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Hunden war in der kleinen aber völlig ausreichenden Wohnung mehr als gelungen. Es war alles da was man braucht, inklusive das Meer vor der Nase. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
