"it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. So i went ahead and paid by credit card. Then i soon noticed i did INDEED pay it thru expedia. I called the Gasthaus several times, never could get thru. I called expedia 5 times, and they said they had trouble reaching the management too. Finally after almost 3 months, i got my refund of my payment. Honestly, what kind of business can't even keep track of their own payment history???? "
