"As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service. Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous.
