"The location is great, just opposite Kwan-Payao - the biggest natural freshwater lake in Thailand (if I'm not mistaken). The room is alright, not the best but not too bad. The breakfast is superior. "The hotel is in a great location, next to the lake, and we had a great view from the VIP room at the front of the hotel. The hotel has a car park. The VIP room was very spacious with a lounge area and bedroom. It’s a great location for the the boat trip across the lake and for walking along the lakeside. Breakfast was basic but fine. "
