"I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter. "

"Stayed there twice (1N and 2N). During the first time, the WiFi was down and the temperature control of the AC wasn't working. They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. But the upgrade didn't happen. They showed me the exact room which I'd booked and told me that it's the upgraded room. Other rooms were sold out. I told them it was the same room which I'd booked and even showed them the booking on Expedia. They didn't do anything. Please don't lie to the customers if you can't fulfill what you've promised."
