"Stylish, comfortable, large rooms. Entry is confusing at street level - just a small room with two lifts. Reception is on level 2. Parking is in the shopping centre. That said, it’s superbly decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. Ringwood train station is just across the road. Takes about 50min to the centre of the city. "

"Terrific hotel. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff from reception to management, to bar, to restaurant, to cleaners are all exceptional. Best customer service. The foid and cocktails were delicious. Room service was super prompt & divine. Luxurious bed. Best pillows. Room was spacious. Had great amenities. I was able to do my work. The bathroom was fabulous. Spacious shower with eady access. Rain shower head and accessible shower head. Lovely toiletries. Large tv with somevFoxtel channels & chromcast. Best buffet breakfast. All so fresh. Outdoor pool was great. Clean not too much chemicals which was perfect. There was a gym but notv my thing. Great warm atmosphere. Attention to details. Village cinema in comolex. Close to shopping. Close to many tourist destinations. Was so lovely I extended my stay. Especially for room and the wonderful attentive staff. Looking forward tonstayingbagain in June with family in tow this time. Cannot recommend my experience any more. "
