Lakeside Serenity is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Wanaka holiday home. With a fantastic position right across the road from the lake and boat club, enjoy a laid back escape with stunning lake vistas!

This 2 level Wanaka holiday home includes low key open plan living upstairs, including a sunny conservatory area with a gorgeous outlook - find your favourite vantage point and unwind with a view! For warmer weather the spacious deck offers a great spot to enjoy al fresco dining in the sun, with views across to the boat club and lake.

Located upstairs at this Wanaka accommodation, bedroom 1 has a queen bed, while bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds which can be made up to be a King bed. Downstairs, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. To complete your easy holiday set up, there is a bathroom on each floor. The property also comes equipped with a powerful heat pump, electric heaters in all bedrooms, and a lovely fire to keep you cosy in the winter.

All the basics are on hand for a fuss free stay - kick back and watch the world go by, or head across the road and enjoy strolls along the lakeside! Town is a short walk away for local amenities, or set out on adventure - ski fields, hiking and many more exciting activities in the area can all be reached by car in about half an hour...

Great location and views but dated
The home dates to the 1970s and shows every year of its vintage. The decorations, furnishings and appliances are similarly aged, but mostly functional, aside from the quirky doors and power circuitry that regularly trips the safety switches in the well concealed switch board. There's a morning aroma of antique shop that can be dissipated a little with ventilation. The house is perched on a steep slope overlooking the lake. The space is good, the location is great and the balcony and views are outstanding. Whether these can compensate for the property's shortcomings is a matter of personal taste and expectations. For our family of six, probably not.

A house with a fabulous view. Very comfortable with everything you need. It perfectly suited our group of 6. It was a great location with everything on your doorstep, park the car and walk/cycle to everything. We loved our time there.

Or stay at this lovely house was wonderful. The house has absolutely stunning views, is convenient to town by either foot or car, and was very relaxing. Angela was very helpful and responsive.
