Fabulous property that fell short of expectations
A great property that met all our needs. It was roomy, had a great outdoor space and was a quick walk to the centre of Wanaka. However, it was not clean and tidy outside. The lawn was long, there were weeds everywhere, broken glass and cigarettes around the open fire and leaves piled up on the decks. Inside was adequately clean but smelt musty. We also had to fill the gas bottle for the inside oven. Rubbish/recycling bins were also full or partially full. We stayed for a week and expected a more professional service for the price we were paying.
