Located just 2km from the lake edge you can enjoy Wanaka's cafe/restaurant scene to the full. Also, beat the rush to the ski fields with direct access to Cardrona (takes about the same time to drive to bottom of ski field as it does to drive up to carpark), and avoid driving through central Wanaka to get to Treble Cone. Safely store your ski gear on the muscle rack in the garage.


Fantail corner is 100% child friendly: is fully fenced, located in an award winning subdivision with virtually neighbour traffic only, has melamine plates and cups (as well as ceramic if adult's prefer), has a BBQ and outdoor eating facilities, football and basketball to play with on grass/concrete, board games and books available, has black-out curtains to help with sleeping, and internal-access garage to help with car loading/unloading.


Wanaka can have some extreme temperatures by NZ standards, so Fantail Corner has a wood burner (using Oregon wood that burns hot and clean), air conditioner/heat pump (does hot and cold), heat transfer system that pushes air from lounge into bedrooms, oil heaters in all bedrooms, electric blankets on all beds, underfloor heating in main bathrooms/ensuite.
