"An all round amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was FANTASTIC; comfy large bed, great size balcony and fruit plates!! We had an elephant directly outside our room but could see 5 in the mornings. The park itself is beyond words; the elephant interactions are next level but the grounds a alaso beautiful, so many different plants and little hidden benches all through the park. Not sure wgat happened to the buffet breakfast as was advertised on the menu but we were told they only have buffet lunch.. ala carte menu was still great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAGICAL EXPERIENCE IF YOU LOVE ELEPHANTS!!!"

"This is the most beautiful setting imaginable! The view of the jungle rain Forrest from our room balcony was breathtaking with the sounds of birds, crickets and other wildlife. The art, service, room, were all of the highest quality! Be aware that the pathways between reception and restaurant and room are very steep. The hotel is very happy to take you from place to place via golf carts, though. The nature of this setting is remote, so there is not other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle to town. It is truly a jewel for a remote but luxurious getaway. We will be back and stay longer!"

"Fantastic stay. Extended an extra night. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet when they had it was very good. Some days it was a la carte. Very clean and quick housekeeping. Bathrooms were open to the air. Easy access to the private beach area. Beautiful view of the sunset"

"Well managed property with beautiful rooms. Very well trained stuff. We had to leave earlier due an unseen even and they refunded us which was really appreciated. 5 start service. Other hotels we stay in Bali did not have as well trained 5 start personal. "

Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."
